We accept returns on all products. To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery by emailing thehandmadehouseshop@gmail.com.

Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis once the return request is reviewed.

If your product arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no cost to you.

Please note that all of our products are handmade. Because of this, slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality.
